CGF Automatic 3-in-1 PET Bottle Rinsing, Water Fi | RFQ Sourcing Details

This CGF-series automatic bottling monoblock combines bottle rinsing, water filling and capping in one machine. It is intended for non-carbonated drinking-water production, including mineral, purified and spring water.

The listed bottle range is 250–2,000 ml, with circular and square PET bottle formats described as available. The machine uses atmospheric-pressure gravity filling and PLC-based automatic control.

Listed construction details include SUS304 rotary components, SUS304 filling valves and a stainless-steel bottle-washing clamp. Bottles are transferred by the neck, and format changes require corresponding curved plates, wheels, nylon parts or other changeover components.

A bottle-separating system is added when square bottles are used. Available CGF configurations use multiple rinsing, filling and capping heads.

Listed suitable bottle dimensions for the model range are 50–115 mm in diameter and 160–320 mm in height. Another container specification section lists a maximum bottle diameter of 105 mm and maximum height of 335 mm, so the accepted bottle envelope must be confirmed for the exact configuration.

The stated operating environment is 10–40°C with no dew. Listed electrical supply is 380 V ±5%, three phase, at 50 Hz ±1%. Model-dependent total power ranges from 4.4 to 7.8 kW. Listed compressed-air pressure is 0.3–0.7 MPa, and aseptic water is identified as the washing medium.

A wider line can be configured with water treatment, bottle blowing, air conveying, cap handling, drying, coding, labeling, conveying, shrink wrapping or carton packing, and palletizing equipment.
