Buyer's Digest

Use this page as a product-first sourcing checkpoint before sending an RFQ. Category: Filling And Bottling Lines. Confirm application fit, capacity, materials, destination, lead time and compliance requirements before comparing suppliers.

Original product description

This CGF series fully automatic monoblock combines bottle washing, liquid filling and capping in one rotary production unit. It is described for PET bottles and liquid beverage applications, including drinking water.

The listed system uses an air conveyor connected directly to the bottle infeed dial and a multi-head, fixed-liquid-level filling arrangement. The washing section uses spray-injection rinse heads and stainless-steel grippers with plastic pads intended to reduce bottle damage.

The filling section provides fine adjustment of filling volume and is designed to maintain a consistent liquid level. Product- . The capping section uses electromagnetic capping heads with a burden-discharge function. It includes no-bottle/no-capping control and automatic stopping when bottles are unavailable.

The stated capping defect rate is no more than 0.2%. Supported container parameters include round or square PET bottles with filling volumes from 100 to 2,000 ml, bottle diameters up to 105 mm and bottle heights up to 335 mm. Neck type and filling-level distance are configured according to the buyer's requirements.

Different bottle formats require separa the model and gives a general capacity range of 2,000–24,000 bottles per hour, while a separate complete-line parameter references 2,000–48,000 bottles per hour.

Buyers should therefore obtain a written output commitment for the selected model, bottle size, liquid, cap and line configuration rather than treating the broader ranges as guaranteed performance for every setup. The listed operating environment is 10–40°C with no-condensation humidity.

Electrical supply is specified as 380 V ±5%, three-phase, at 50 Hz ±1%. Siemens electrics, pneumatic container lifting and wooden transport packaging are listed.

The package data states dimensions of 3,800 × 2,800 × 2,300 cm and a gross weight of 6,500 kg;these unusually large stated dimensions should be reconfirmed before freight planning.

Before procurement, confirm the liquid formulation and whether the selected filling principle is suitable for it;the exact stainless-steel grade for every wetted and structural component;required bottle and cap drawings;actual rated speed for each container format;included change parts;utility consumption;machine footprint and shipping dimensions;upstream and downstream equipment;labeling, packing and palletizing scope;control architecture;installation and commissioning responsibilities;acceptance-test criteria;spare-parts package;and service response arrangements.

A 12-month warranty and overseas engineer service are listed, but buyers should obtain the detailed coverage, exclusions, travel costs and service conditions in the final contract.
