Product overview The GHAFM-1 is an automated filling, capping and labeling line designed for small-dose, low-viscosity liquids in small-mouth bottles. Its filling and capping section combines bottle feeding, peristaltic-pump filling, automatic cap feeding, rotary capping and bottle discharge.

The line also includes a labeling machine intended for round plastic, glass or metal bottles. The filling machine uses PLC control and a touchscreen for setting filling quantity and bottle count.

Listed operating features include automatic bottle and cap detection, stopping when bottles or caps are unavailable, automatic counting and variable-frequency speed adjustment.

The equipment is described as having a SUS304 stainless-steel exterior and a structure intended to simplify disassembly, cleaning, disinfection and changeover. Published operating data for the GHAFM-1 includes a 1–10 ml filling range and an output of 1,500 bottles per hour at a 2 ml fill.

Confirm whether the supplied line configuration includes every required feeding, filling, capping, labeling, conveying and inspection function.

Buyers should also verify liquid viscosity, fill-volume tolerance, product- , cleaning and disinfection procedures, and whether the proposed peristaltic-pump tubing is suitable for the reagent.

Request a documented trial using production-equivalent samples and agree on acceptance criteria for throughput, fill accuracy, cap integrity, label placement and reject handling.
