This automatic QGF-series line combines barrel washing, water filling and cap handling in one machine system for 3–5 gallon plastic containers. The stated process functions include washing, disinfection, filling, capping, counting and finished-container output.
A ten-step washing sequence covers pre-washing, dripping, recycled-water washing, disinfection-liquid treatment and finished-water rinsing before the final drip stage. An automatic cap-settling and cap-transport system is also included.
