This QGF filling line is designed for automated production of drinking water in reusable 3–5 gallon containers, including the 20 L format referenced for the product. Its central machine combines container washing, water filling and automatic capping.
The described process can also perform container conveying, sterilizing, counting and finished-container discharge. The line uses PLC control with an HMI touch screen and combines mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems. Supported configurations include QGF-100, QGF-300, QGF-450, QGF-600, QGF-900 and QGF-1200.
